Cordis, Auckland: Easter High Tea

The sophisticated Lobby Lounge has a decadent themed High Tea by Cordis this Easter – the perfect fix for all those chocolate addicts out there!

‘Milk Chocolate Ganache Tart’ - raspberry gel and vanilla spiced rice pudding; give into the temptation of a ‘Macadamia Nut Chocolate Brownie’ - dark chocolate delice, milk chocolate crisp and fresh figs; or sink your teeth into a fluffy chocolate chip and ginger buttermilk scone. Savoury treats include smoked salmon pâté with crispbread, fennel and apple salad and pickled quail eggs on a nest of carrot.

For something extra special, enjoy a spicy taste of Easter in a glass with a luscious Crème de Chocross cocktail, crafted with three different Belgian chocolates, butterscotch schnapps, cream and Chartreuse mist.

Tables will be decorated with Easter eggs and don’t forget to check out Auckland’s biggest Easter Egg in the hotel Lobby!
