DELEGATION PROGRAM | GERMAN ENERGY SOLUTIONS INITIATIVE “Trans technological energy solutions for industrial sector in Australia and New Zealand“

In October, four German companies active in the field of efficient energy supply systems will participate in a German trade mission to New Zealand and Australia. They will present their technology at an industry conference in Auckland on 15th October and hope to establish new business partnerships through a series of individual meetings with local companies in New Zealand and Australia, organised by the German Chambers of Commerce.

The project is funded through the German Energy Solutions Initiative of the German Federal Ministry for Economic Affairs and Energy. The German-New Zealand Chamber of Commerce together with the German-Australian Chamber of Industry and Commerce and energiewaechter GmbH will organise the programe for the trade mission.

Being classic importing countries, New Zealand and Australia offer many opportunities for German companies to enter the market, to share their expertise, know-how and German innovative technologies and products, therefore improving the New Zealand & Australian industry efficiency and climate foot print.

We see potential for cooperation with German companies especially in the following sectors:

• Measurement and control technology
• Systems engineering for waste heat recovery
• Hybrid plants
• Wood working and -processing
• Horticulture
• Refrigeration and air-conditioning
• Renewable energy providers
• Municipalities/Schools
• Lighting Engineering
• Biofuel retailer and product plants

We invite industry leaders from New Zealand & Australia to join us for an informative day on “energy solutions - made in Germany”. Featuring expert speakers from Germany as well as New Zealand and Australia, this Industry Conference taking place in Auckland presents an opportunity to learn more about collaboration opportunities in the industrial/energy sector. In addition, up to eight German companies will showcase clean-technology solutions and share their global experiences.
