Of course there is a trophy for the winner. But for many, entering is about more than the chance to take home a trophy. It’s a chance to share what’s working, what’s possible, and what’s next. It’s a chance to stand up and be proud of the teams, families and communities that have helped your businesses grow, adapt and lead. It’s a time to celebrate the work you and your people do every day.
If you are selected as a finalist the Hutt Valley Chamber will visit you and complete a short video about your business (at no cost to you) that will be played at the Awards Gala Dinner on 20th November. Your story will be shared in front of 500 business leaders from across the region. Just think how that could power your business forward.

The 2degrees Wellington Regional Business Excellence Awards have a range of business categories that may be applicable for your business. There is a total of nine categories, five in their business categories and four in their special categories.

- Best Small Business – sponsored by PKF Kendons
- Employer of the Year celebrating Diversity, Inclusion, and Growing People – sponsored by Hutt City Council
- Excellence in Health, Safety, and Wellbeing Innovation
The Hutt Valley Chamber will also be continuing their very popular People's Choice Award sponsored by ANZ.
