Organisation of CEO Roundtable events

The organisation of a CEO roundtable event includes the following details:

  • Invitation management including personal invitations to selected mailing lists
  • Venue booking and preparation
  • Organisation of the catering (breakfast/lunch (seated or buffet)/after work function)

Individual business meetings

  • Targeted contacting of selected companies in Auckland, wellington and Christchurch (depending on travel plan)
  • Arranging up to 10 meetings including invitation management, transport and accompanying to the meetings

Accompaniment as well as documentation (written & photographic) of the meetings

Accompaniment of the appointments by employees of the GNZCC as well as photographic and written documentation of the CEO roundtable and the individual appointments.

Assistance with chauffeur, hotel and restaurant bookings

  • Arranging the transport from and to meetings and hotel (incl. driver if required)
  • Pre-selection of hotels as well as assistance with the booking process
  • Pre-selection of restaurants and assistance with the booking process

Organisation of the leisure program

Organisation and booking of an individual leisure program and/or guided tours in and around Auckland to learn more about the country’s culture in the case of weekend visits.
