Our team of 5 is looking for an Event Manager to help us smoothly run and deliver engaging and joyful event experiences to our YP members - from webinars and pub quizzes to panel discussions and Xmas parties, with everything in between.
Role Description: As an Event Manager, your role is to plan, organize, execute, and evaluate a minimum of 6 events throughout the year. You'll be responsible for developing event concepts suited for our young leaders to come together, grow, learn, and be inspired, all while keeping them connected to the business world with all its possibilities.

- Ideally have previous experience in an events role, implementing both virtual and in-person events.
- Are a people person with a friendly, professional communication style and the ability to build positive relationships.
- Have exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Have a keen eye for detail.
- Are a proven team player with a proactive approach - use your initiative and work both independently as well as part of a team.
- Are driven and energetic.
We're looking for someone with the right attitude to jump in and help where needed while bringing your own ideas to the table.
Please note this is a voluntary unpaid committee position and will require around 2 hours of work each week.
