About the speaker:
Rob Morris is an internationally certified Scaling Up coach, and director of RGM Consulting Ltd. Rob spent 16 years in leadership positions in the tech industry, based in Europe. Returning to NZ he was CFO and GM Strategy & Commercial at Spark Digital, before founding his own consulting business in 2017. He’s served as a director on the advisory boards of two NZ cloud computing companies: Revera and CCL. Rob is also co-founder and Managing Partner of Scaling Partners International, working with mid-market companies and economic development agencies in the Middle East, primarily Saudi Arabia.
As a Scaling Up coach, Rob draws on a wealth of global best practise resources, IP, and tools to compliment his own 25 years of business experience.
