Why has SmartPayroll joined the GNZCCC?
I had the pleasure of viewing the GNZCC team in action at BuildNZ late last year where I was sited close to the German Pavilion and witnessed a strong and active network.
I attended the Christmas event in Dec which confirmed the above and added that the group was a fun crowd to be around as well.
Smart Payroll is a very popular choice within the construction segment. I saw a great synergy to assist members with a market leading service and product.
What is your favourite work memory/experience?
I am lucky enough to have a few great experiences over the years in various destinations, but they all boil down to being around good friends and peers often both customers and colleagues.
One memorable trip was skiing in Niseko for 14 days straight. Awesome place and great fun, trips aboard seem to linger longer, especially in recent years. I highly recommend Japan if you haven't been.
Describe your perfect weekend.
It would have to be sailing with family and friends on my Herreshoff ketch around the Hauraki Gulf — catching a fish or two and firing up the BBQ onboard with some great refreshments. It's been a great summer so far, long may it continue!
