Please join for the next seminar in our construction series on Judicial Review and Enforcement of Adjudication Determinations.
This seminar will provide an overview on enforcement of adjudication determinations, with particular reference to the recent High Court decision in Sam Pemberton Civil Ltd v Robertson [2024] NZHC 272 which deals with judicial review, the interaction between the CCA and the Limitation Act 2010, and the extent to which an adjudicator has jurisdiction to hear counterclaims under the CCA.
There will also be an opportunity to ask questions and catch up with the construction team.
