Role Overview: As our General Manager, you'll play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our agency. This part-time position offers flexibility work hours with the possibility to scale to full-time, allowing you to balance work with your lifestyle. Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
  • Lead the team: Inspire and mentor a talented team of PR professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.
  • Manage HR operations from recruitment to offboarding, and help us continue to attract and retain top talent
  • Transform the agency: Harness your expertise to elevate Good Talent Media from a boutique agency to a major industry player.
  • Hands-on approach: Roll up your sleeves and dive into projects, support our sales team and balance strategic vision with practical implementation.
  • Manage existing owned sales channels including a webinar/events program. Web, social media leads, tele sales and referrals program.

Requirements:

  • 3+ years experience as a General Manager at a PR, marketing or communications agency, with a proven track record of success.
  • A "make it happen" attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
  • Strong leadership skills, coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think big while paying attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
