Key Responsibilities:
- Business Operations: Take charge of day-to-day operations, ensuring smooth workflows and efficient processes.
- Lead the team: Inspire and mentor a talented team of PR professionals, fostering collaboration and creativity.
- Manage HR operations from recruitment to offboarding, and help us continue to attract and retain top talent
- Transform the agency: Harness your expertise to elevate Good Talent Media from a boutique agency to a major industry player.
- Hands-on approach: Roll up your sleeves and dive into projects, support our sales team and balance strategic vision with practical implementation.
- Manage existing owned sales channels including a webinar/events program. Web, social media leads, tele sales and referrals program.
Requirements:
- 3+ years experience as a General Manager at a PR, marketing or communications agency, with a proven track record of success.
- A "make it happen" attitude, with the ability to take initiative and drive results.
- Strong leadership skills, coupled with a passion for mentoring and developing others.
- A strategic mindset, with the ability to think big while paying attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships both internally and externally.
