We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and your colleagues to attend our 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024.

We plan to run our AGM with its usual German efficiency, to ensure there is plenty of time for members to catch up over a drink after the formalities. Our host for the evening will be Unser Haus.

Additionally, for our Wellington-based members, we're pleased to announce that this year's AGM will be live-streamed from Pro Clima NZ, Wellington, followed by networking. Click here to register for the Wellington event.

Explanatory Note: The Chamber must reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 by April 2026. The Committee has determined that it is appropriate to proceed with reregistration as soon as possible. Accordingly, the Committee seeks the approval of members to reregister the Chamber with a constitution in the form that can be downloaded here.
