We are delighted to extend an invitation to you and your colleagues to attend the livestream of our 41st Annual General Meeting (AGM) 2024.

We plan to run the livestream of our AGM with its usual German efficiency, in about 30 minutes, to ensure there is plenty of time for members to catch up over a drink after the formalities. Our host for the evening will be Pro Clima NZ Ltd.

Explanatory Note: The Chamber must reregister under the Incorporated Societies Act 2022 by April 2026. The Committee has determined that it is appropriate to proceed with reregistration as soon as possible. Accordingly, the Committee seeks the approval of members to reregister the Chamber with a constitution in the form that can be downloaded here.
