The fine print:

• We have a limited amount of accommodation at the hotel and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Confirmation of room nights will be based on availability at the time of receiving your completed booking form.  
• Please note check-in time is from 2.00pm. To guarantee an early check in it will be at additional cost. Check Out time is 12 Noon. Late check out until 6.00pm, a half day charge applies, subject to availability/confirmation by hotel.
• Costs shown are per Single Occupancy Room and in New Zealand Dollars and may be subject to change in the event of currency fluctuation between the NZ$ and HK$.
• An invoice will be forwarded by ESP Ventures Limited for the full cost of the accommodation package which will be due for payment before 05 July 2023. 
• Due to strictly enforced hotel booking conditions, cancellation of accommodation between 05 July 2023 and 02 August 2023 incurs a minimum of one night’s cancellation fee. Cancellation of room nights received after 03 August 2023, a 100% cancellation fee applies.
• Travel Insurance is recommended.
